This user Agreement from VIYVIAS Marketing Pvt. Ltd [hereafter referred as VIYVIAS], is effective from 15/05/2018 onwards for the benefit of users. User may access or use VIYVIAS websites www.gocashback.co.in for the services associated within. Do not access or use the Service if the user do not agree the Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the Service in VIYVIAS website, Users are agreeing the Terms and Conditions through this User Agreement. User may view VIYVIAS Privacy Policy in website.
Nothing is Free. A nine digit, system generated unique random number is assigned to every User at the time of Registration. VIYVIAS will activate User Login, after registration against Non-refundable activation fee. It is the user responsibility to submit the correct details during registration. VIYVIAS is not responsible for providing outdated old details for User Registration. VIYVIAS recommends that user has to safeguard their User Login and Password to avoid fraudulent. If the password is stolen or lost, the user can reset the password, using Forgot Password option available in the website. The system generated password will be send to registered mobile number, subsequently user can change password in their Login .
VIYVIAS is not responsible for any cash paid to Third Party.
All user will get Cash Back (varying depends upon the Product) while availing the every services (Purchase / Repurchase) in the website. The applicable Cash Back benefits are mentioned in each category of service.
The different service exists is available in VIYVIAS website under “PRODUCTS”. All the users can get Cash Back benefits, doing their Purchase in User Login.
User can request VIYVIAS for transferring their User Login to Nominee mentioned in their account, with proper justification and supporting documents, accepted by VIYVIAS. Third Party User Login transfer is NOT Accepted at any cause.
VIYVIAS can terminate/cancel/deactivate the User Login, at any time, without giving any reason to the user concern.
Use of any services in VIYVIAS website, user must authorize VIYVIAS to access any of the payment instruments like credit card / debit card / internet banking account / UPI / wallets for collecting payment to the respective service. In case, if the user payment fails or insufficient funds in the accessing account, user may re-try one or more times, till the payment debiting from another payment instrument. For example, if the users internet banking account, have insufficient fund at the time of transaction, then the user may re-try with any other instrument for the same transaction.
User have the right to dispute for the failed transactions in VIYVIAS website. If the user noticed any transaction failure, the same to be intimated to support@cashback.co.in within 3 days from the transaction date. VIYVIAS will take effort on failed transaction to complete its process in reasonable time. The process time required to complete the failed transactions cannot be ensured because these online services are mainly depends on the third party.
Refund will be send back to respective sending account or VIYVIAS wallet depends upon the user request, within 7 working days from the settlement date from third party. Applicable Payment Gateway Fee and GST will be deducted before refund, if any.
Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation for VIYVIAS.
In the VIYVIAS website all the contents like logo, branding, graphics, etc. contained are copyright use. Copying or distributing or sharing of such content available in website is strictly prohibited. Depends upon the seriousness, VIYVIAS may take legal action.
User responsibility to update their correct details, if any changes in email, phone number, etc., in VIYVIAS website through user login account.
VIYVIAS reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and also the user agree to abide by the most recent Terms and Conditions, each time when using the website.
